How to improve your looks, vitality and health with one easy free “trick” …

Hiii! It’s Day 5 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge. Today’s tip for writing a blog a day was to write a “step-by-step” guide. Well, I’m going to write just one. One step towards better health, vitality and energy.

Doing this one trick daily may help:

There is no hype around water yet drinking inadequate amounts on a daily basis will result in anything from headaches to diarrhea, including cramping, fatigue, bad breath, brain fog and even depression.

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (US) indicate that an adequate daily intake of about a gallon or 15 cups or 3.7 litres of water for men and 11 cups of water for women. If you are only drinking 8 glasses a day, chances are you are dehydrated. You may even be experiencing symptoms such as headache and fatigue.

Next time you feel hungry, tired, or generally down and begore you teach for the coffee, chocolate bar or favourite brand of paracetamol, try a glass or two of water.

  1. Water is life. I am always grateful that I am able to turn on a tap and drink the water. Not everyone in the world can do that. I don’t like taking pills for headaches or pains. That’s why I rarely go to the doctor, because that’s the first thing they tell us to take.
